If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (subject to availability, as shown below). To return the item, you must contact us first. And items must be returned in new or unused condition and must include all original packaging. We will process refunds within 1-2 business days of receipt of the returned item if the following conditions are met (please contact us if you are late):
- To ensure that the returned goods maintain the original quality and function, the appearance is intact, and the trademarks and various signs of the goods themselves and accessories are complete.
- (If the product has been used after unpacking, the value and quality of the product have been damaged, or the secondary sales have been affected, 30-day free return and exchange are not supported.)
- It is recommended that you keep the original packaging for easy return.
- If you have applied for an invoice, please send the invoice voucher back.
- Except for products with quality problems.
- Items must meet our return criteria to be eligible for return.
Warranty policy
The main engine is guaranteed for 1 year, the accessories are guaranteed for 1 year, and the wearing parts (battery, water tank, etc.) are guaranteed for 1 year.
Notice:
Almost all products we sell have 1 year warranty service, if you have any questions during your use, you can refer to the product manual. If it cannot be resolved, please contact the relevant personnel in the manual. For returns and warranty service, you can call our customer service and Mr. Davis will answer for you.
The warranty is effective from the date you receive the goods.
Return
If we determine that the reason for the return can be attributed to our product quality problems, errors, omissions, losses, etc., the return shipping will be borne by us (can not exceed the official standard of ordinary express charges), you only need to upload relevant unpacking videos and pictures. Verify the above problem. If it’s not our reason, we also support return and exchange to solve the problem, this part of the postage is borne by you; if you choose the wrong size, color, other attributes at the time of purchase, or don’t like it anymore, and we have arranged the delivery, we also support returns, you need to bear the corresponding costs.
Therefore, we would like you to check the information and address before shipping. We support you to cancel your order within half an hour of placing it. We will process your request to cancel your order within 24 hours on business days. Processed and shipped orders cannot be canceled because we cannot retrieve them from the package stack. Also, if a mailed item doesn’t arrive 60 days past its due date, you can either refund it directly or have us reship it.
For security reasons, we can only issue refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. After we receive the return and complete the return process, you can check the process of the refund on the payment platform account you used to purchase. (Please contact the payment platform you use for the specific arrival date.) We will generally complete the refund within 1-2 business days.
How to return?
Please contact our customer support to initiate a return. Please explain the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number. In order to process refunds in a timely manner, please be sure to send Edkutelec a return notice and provide the following information:
- Your name;
- Tracking number;
- Photographic evidence must be provided showing the product is still in new condition and has been properly packaged in its original packaging. All items must be returned in their original packaging. VERY IMPORTANT: Items may be damaged during return without original packaging.
Once approved, we will issue an RMA number and return the shipping label. Return authorizations expire 30 days after approval.
You can choose to take the package to your local shipping center back to Edkutelec or call the carrier directly to arrange a pickup, but Edkutelec is not responsible for the pickup fee.
Edkutelec reserves the right to refuse a refund if your returned package is sent to the carrier center one month after the trial period ends.
Exchange of goods
Item exchange is limited to the exchange of the same item (referring to the same item number) between single orders. Items in each order can only be exchanged once (except for quality issues or other legal requirements that require a return), and no restocking fee will be charged for returns.
If we determine that the reason for the return or exchange is indeed due to our product quality problems, errors, omissions, losses, etc., the freight will be borne by us (the amount of freight must be reported and cannot exceed the official standard ordinary express fee), except for the above cases. You are responsible for bearing the shipping cost. Please use ordinary express mail to send, otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse delivery or surface mail, etc. until we receive your returned item. When we receive your exchange, if the quality check is correct, we will arrange to resend the new one for you within 3 business days after receiving the exchange.
About canceling an order
To cancel your order, you can only modify your order within half an hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. This includes canceling orders in whole or in part, changing addresses, changing shipping methods, and adding, replacing, or removing items from an order.
