Where does Edkutelec ship to?
Edkutelec ships only to the continental United States. At present, international freight is unstable due to the impact of the epidemic. In order not to reduce the overall service quality, international services are temporarily closed. Subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website. Thanks for your support.
How long is the delivery time?
Handling time: 1-2 business days.
Shipping time: 2-5 business days.
Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday (holiday extension).
What carrier do we use?
The carrier we used is USPS First Class Shipping. And all orders are free of postage.
Has my order shipped?
Order processing time is 1-2 business days. Please note that some orders may be delayed due to order processing or other issues. Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
How do I view order details?
Please log in to the Edkutelec website and select Orders in My Account. Visitors please enter the relevant order number and information to check and view.
Can an order have multiple shipping addresses?
There is only one shipping address per order. If you want to ship to multiple shipping addresses, please place separate orders.
What is the delivery process?
1) Pending payment: waiting for the customer to pay;
2) In preparation: the warehouse is packing for you;
3) Delivering: Your package is being delivered;
4) Received: You have received the package.
Reasons that may affect normal delivery
The buyer’s address is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in failure to deliver the goods and delaying the delivery time.
Order out of stock: Customer service will contact you in time to confirm the order cancellation or refund process.
What if the order processing takes too long?
Our processing time is generally 1-2 business days. We are sorry if there is a timeout. You can contact us by email at hi@edkutelec.com, we will arrange a refund for you as soon as possible, and your payment amount will be returned to your payment account, the refund arrival time varies depending on the payment method, usually 1-2 business days.
What if the shipping time is too long?
If the shipping time is more than 60 days, you can directly apply for a refund or we will send it to you again. If you have any questions, you can promptly contact our customer service Mr. Davis by phone or email.
